Withdrawal information for consumers purchasing goods
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer who is not the carrier, receives the goods. Where several goods forming one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. Where one item is delivered in several consignments or parts, the period begins when the last consignment or part is received.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us through an unambiguous statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The statement may be made, in particular, by email or letter. The model withdrawal form below may be used but is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the withdrawal statement before the fourteen-day period expires.
For contracts to which the statutory online withdrawal function applies, the right of withdrawal may also be exercised through the prominently displayed "Withdraw from contract" function in the shop, followed by the confirmation "Confirm withdrawal": www.estkshop.com. After this function is used, we will immediately send an electronic acknowledgement stating the content, date, and time of the withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered. Any additional cost resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by the consumer will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. We will generally use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fee will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal statement was made, to:

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the fourteen-day return period expires. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly agreed to pay it, or the goods are defective or were supplied incorrectly and the statutory conditions for our payment of those costs are met.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Original packaging assists with safe return but is not a mandatory condition of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery. Other statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
IMPORTANT FOR BLENDERS AND CLOTHING: A blender is not automatically excluded from withdrawal merely because it can come into contact with food. The hygiene exception should be relied upon only for objectively hygiene-sensitive goods that were effectively sealed and whose seal has been removed. Clothing may generally be tried on as it would be in a shop; excessive use may, however, result in liability for diminished value.
Sale items and store credit
The statutory right of withdrawal generally also applies to discounted goods and sale items. A refund following a valid statutory withdrawal will not be replaced with compulsory store credit. Outside statutory rights only, we may voluntarily accept a return in exchange for store credit; we do not offer this additional goodwill return for sale items.
